Ways to Help to ES

Dear Fellow ESsers,
Diane (evie) has given you all some very insightful info. I'm going to add my suggestions.
Emf stress equals stress on both the body's immune system, and on the body's electrical system.
So eliminating anything that can & does causes stress in the body- is a solid idea. This includes: the food you eat, the
water you drink, the products you use on your body, the clothing you wear,(wear natural fibers such as cotton, or wool-
synthetics increase the static electricity among other things)  and the most
common sources of emf problem areas. Food: regular food is loaded with pesticides, chemicals,
additives etc. At the very least: try to buy organic when you are buying fruits/veggies. Beware of products
containing: MGS, Neotame, Aspartame, and so called: natural flavors. Any form of Aspartame
should be avoided. Do your research, folks.
Water: most city tap
water is fluoridated. Fluoride is a known neurotoxin; so obviously drinking this is NOT a good
idea. Distilled bottled or using Reverse Osmosis filtered water is an option. Many grocery stores
now have Reverse Osmosis filters, where you fill those gallon jugs of water.
Personal products
such as: deodorant, toothpaste, shampoo, etc, often contain petroloeum based chemicals, and
regular toothpaste contains Fluoride. An inexpensive solution is to brush your teeth with Baking
Soda (Arm & Hammer), put dry powder on your hand or in clean bottle lid, use DRY toothbrush
to brush your teeth..YES, you can safely swallow Baking Soda! As to the body itself: Iodine and
Magnesium are hugely important minerals. Iodine supports the thyroid and Magnesium among
many other functions, helps restore the body's electrical balance. Two key components of the
immune system are the Thyroid gland and the Adrenal glands. Supporting these two vital glands
is akin to building to strong foundation on a house. Leave the foundation out, or do it sloppy-might
well mean it won't stand strong in severe weather. Or if you like cars, the thryoid and adrenal
glands would be the equivelent to the engine and the transmission. Thryoid support can include
products like Thyroid Helper (google),Raw  Porcine glandulars, Vitamin B complex, Royal Jelly,
herbs such as: Holy Basil Tulsi (google mercola/holy basil), Vit D3 is a another hugely important
immune support, Omega 3 (google Vital Choice), *There are cheap supplements galore out there-
cheap is NOT always better, you take a chance of adding more toxins to the body- important to
do your research. The goal is LESSEN the body's toxic load, not increase it by buying the cheapest
supplement out there. Do your homework. Inflammation is a common side effect of immune
stress. Suggestions: Tumeric (check out Organic India), Astaxanthin (check out mercola's),
Peppermint essential oil can help with: nausea, stomach aches, head aches....there are a few
good co's who sell pure peppermint oil, the trick is to call and ask them if you can EAT their
product! I put 5-10 drops of pure peppermint oil in a glass spray bottle (4 oz) fill it with
filtered water, spray this in my mouth, and put on drop on temples and for head to lessen
a radiation induced head ache. Ginger, raw ginger root, in a tea, is another good herb
for helping with inflammation issues. Magnesium is also hugely helpful to both the
immune system, as well as aches/pains, depression, heart issues, and heavy metal issues.
(google Mark Sircus Magnesium & Iodine). As for the house: every house will have unique issues,
with how the wiring is done..and electrical issues are often a part of ES. Go to the hardware
store and buy an OUTLET TESTER. This is a 3 dollar tool, you simply plug it in to your outlet,
and it will light up and tell you whether that outlet is properly grounded. There is a diagram
on the tester that tells you this. This is a simple place to start. It goes without saying that
all wireless technology should be removed from the house. Cordless telephones are worse then
cell phones, in that the base is always transmitting. Get a corded phone. Most bedroom walls
have electrical wiring inside..wise to move your bed away from the wall- 5 ft. Sleeping on a
futon with no metal is safer then sleeping on a regular bed with metal mattress springs. The bed
springs act as antennas and penetrate the body while sleeping. Using the shielded canopy system
while it does work, will NOT give the effects intended, if the wiring in the walls are not safe. And
optimally, turning off the circuits to the bedroom areas ( including hallway walls that might contain
wiring on the other side of hte bedroom wall),,,however, if one finds the outlets are not grounded,
it would be extra wise to have an Electrician not only correct that, but also check all other house
wiring. Do not expect the average Electrician to be familiar with ES.

Hello Elizabeth,i am portuguese and new to ESENS,but i have the same problems like everyone on the forum,i feel sick whenever i turn on my computer,even having it on standby causes me distress,i have to disconnect it from the power outlet to get some relief.
I live in a very old apartment,and the electrical wiring is more than 40 years old,it is not grounded as far as i can tell only 2 pin slots and there should be a third for grounding,am i right?
I already tried to fix this problem,but since i live on the second floor i dont have access to the ground floor to put a rod on the ground,and the plumbing is connected to plastic tube (PVC) so i had to scratch that idea.
What other options do i have to ground my electrical equipment?
