"Waterbottle bed" to reduce/absorb EMR exposure?

Elysia Drew
Hi, all. I'm sitting in my apartment that is doing so much damage to CNS & connective tissue, thanks to a bunch of EMR from 1st floor electronic security system, 1/4 mile-away cell phone towers (4G LTE) & a digital electricity meter. I experimentally tried setting 6 single gallon water bottles of spring water near me, on my left side. It seems to be helping w/ the intense, burning pressure in brain stem & skull, (unless what's actually helping are the probiotics from the 1/4 jar of Bubbie's sauerkraut that I started eating as soon as I sat down). I've avoided the water-as-insulator experiment for quite some time, b/c I also know that water is the best CONDUCTOR of EMR, so I thought it might just reflect it back at me, like when you try to build a Faraday cage w/ cracks. I'm wondering if it might be helpful to build a bed (like some wooden planks under a sleeping pad or futon, ATOP a bunch of waterbottles? Or would that just amplify the EMR back at me?
(BTW, in my apartment, I do not have the option of turning off select breakers or switching to an analog electricity meter).

Thanks very much :)

The atmosphere contains water. Our sky is blue because of the water in it. Just think of using a water filled cloud to absorb the suns' radiation.

Cases of water bottles would be preferred over a single container. The more the better. As far as sleeping on them I haven't tried it.

As far as a conductor is concerned you shouldn't be touching it. I like stacking them on perimeter walls. Microwave radiation travels in a straight line and is about the size of a paper clip+-.
