Water Pillow

sky_watch
For several nights the EMS has been roaring! Night before last was worst ever, I thought I was losing it. Next day, yesterday, I put water in my new water pillow I had purchased a week or so ago, which I was afraid like everything else I've tried wouldn't work but it did! Very little shocking or burning or itching and my head didn't hurt. I had read about a 'water pillow' in a newsletter I receive. I purchased the water pillow here: https://amazon.com/Blissbury-SpineRight-Adjustable-Pillow-Polyester/dp/B07G9YGSD4. I searched here on ES and unless I missed it I didn't see anyone talking about water pillows. I'm not going to praise it too highly until I've used it a few more nights but last night was very good sleeping
Peacefulness,
Kay

Sure the more water and biomass you can surround yourself with, the better.   I personally tile twizzlers packs into large mats and surround myself with them.  But water could be even better.

That's right welcomekoa, my bed is a twizzler fortress.  Protects against all EMF, not just RF.  Protect yourself from contact with plastic though.

Also, to better reflect RF there is one more refinement to point out. I add at least 3 sheets of a mylar aluminum-coated emergency blanket to the outside of the twizzlers (not on the inside where the aluminum could cause problems.)

Sorry to hear you are having such a hard time. I know its an expensive option but there are pop up shielding tents available which are very good at protection. I have worn emf protective clothing as night wear which has given me relief such as a shielding hat and hoodie. And sometimes a shielding headnet worn over the face. Some companies sometimes do clearance sales on the clothing. Emf protection.co.uk do such sales (I am not affiliated with this comany).

Thanx for sharing your good suggestions, all of which, except for the tent, I've purchased and aside from a couple of times using one or another of them, nothing has worked long term.

are you getting any light through your bedroom windows? another option is to try to hang things over ur window to dramatically decrease the amount of light coming through. i just use black plastic bags, pretty much no cost. i hang them up over windows so not even one spec of light comes through. i've noticed if some does peek through and it touches me, i have horrible sleep. the darker the better. maybe this seems OCD but it's helped me greatly and consistently over the past two weeks. about 3 years ago the managers installed the worst blue light ever!!

I am finding with the heavy increase in emfs that a multi-tiered approach is needed. I find a totally enclosed space such as a tent that is grounded and wearing emf clothing at the same time helps a lot, also using a grounding sheet during the night. It is becoming a nightmare for those with ES. We have neighbours 100 ft away that are using the strongest wifi on the market. Enough for 600 people to use zoom at the same time. And they are an older couple!!! Convinced by marketing that they need this strong connection! Unfortunately it beams inside and all around our house. So I take an aggressive stance with my ES...trying to spend as much time away from the house in a nearby field, grounding frequently, wearing emf clothing constantly in the house, sitting under a canopy in the house, and using the canopy/tent on a night. Surviving......

My decision was to purchase a cuddler recliner https://www.reclinerland.com/best-cuddler-recliner/ , supports the neck and head and the back doesn't hurt after a long sleep.  Perfect size, very soft and comfortable. It has been extremely hard to find a chair that is wide enough in the seat.
