I feel like for me it's a good idea to get half hour of sunlight
outdoors per day. If not, I'd rather not have UV filters, so
I can get some UV indoors.
UV filters will not block microwaves unless they are also
low-emissivity (low-E) to block heat.
I think the low-E stuff will block UV as all plastics pretty
much block UV.
