Tried a foot bath with sea salt - got worse and burning all over?!?

Wolf Man
I decided to try the foot bath. I put some sea salt in water plus added some lavender essential oil drops (maybe 10) there and soaked my feet for maybe 15-20 minutes.

After that the eSens clearly got worse and I got the awful burning skin allover the body (which I hate SO much and haven't had for a while now) - andthat is still going on after 2 days!! :(

I dont get it. This sounded such a harmless thing to try. What happened? Did this mobilize toxins or what is going on? And what to do now to stop thisreaction? Any ideas or experiences?

Please help.

Thanks a lot

Joni

I am just checking my email as I belong to several groups...

I know for me, I would only try one thing at a time.. ie..try only sea saltfoot baths. I have learned the hard way too often.. UNLESS, you know that you are okay with Lavendar oil or sea salt.

I have read that almost always, the EHS person is also sensitive to other things..foods, chemicals, etc. Perhaps you are having a reaction to the saltor lavendar, which in turn, is making your elec. sensitivity worse. Those are just my thoughts.

All the best to you,

Laurel

Need suggestion for best laptop and what to do to improve it

laurel canyon

I am trying to figure out what is the best laptop that has least amount of EMF. I have looked back so many pages of this email trying to find suggestions.. but it is taking way too long to find what others have suggested.

Also, what do I need to know about choosing a laptop and making it better, other than choosing one without WIFI?

Thanks.

Laurel

Yes who knows.. now that i think of it i remember having bad reaction to water with crystal himalayan salt last year, also got bad skin burning skin from that.

On the other hand, I have tried to rub some epsom salt on skin while showering and havent had bad reactions to that.
