Hello
This questions is always in my mind because my main ES symptom nowadays is bone aching and pain. Is there too much or too little of calcium in the body? Or is the calcium deposited in the wrong places? And what role do the vitamins D and K play here? Usually it is thought that there is too much calcium in the cells in ES persons. But I read on here that Charles for example said that ES people are deficient in Calcium according to his tests. Confusing... ![]() Any thoughts or experiences? How do you people normally react to Calcium supplements for example? Thanks |

I think in my case, I just have calcium in the wrong places... not enough in my teeth, yet too much in my arteries. So instead of focusing on calcium supplementation, I've been focusing lately on magnesium, Vitamin D3, and Vitamin K2, which should stir up existing calcium and hopefully put it where it should go.
Also, I spent years trying to find an acceptable brand/dose of Vitamin D3... I used to think it was bad for me, but after much trial and error I found a mushroom-based D3 supplement that I can tolerate at around 800 IU per day. Anything more, and I feel bad and also have white-cloudy urine. Marc |

Oh, and Serrapeptase is good for clearing out your arteries, which may be clogged with calcium or fat.

Also, on the Vitamin D and K question, as I understand it, Vitamin D helps get the calcium from your food into your bloodstream, and Vitamin K2 (not K1) helps the calcium get from your bloodstream to your bones.

I have measured with a number of electrosensitives, that they have a shortage of Calcium.
And besides to that, they also may have a Calcium loss. Perhaps even Marc should read my 30 points plan. In it I advise Algaecall Plus, which contains natural (vegetable) Calcium, plus Vitamin D3, plus Vitamin K2, which sees that the Calcium gets in the right places. Also very advisable is Moringa Oleifera. It contains: 14 x more Calcium than milk 2 x more vitamin A than carrots 4 x more fibres than oatmeal 4 x more potassium than bananas 9 x more iron than spinach. vitamin C, vitamin E, magnesium, zinc, all 8 essential amino acids and 46 antioxidants. |

I did try that once, had a bad reaction to it, like a lot of things... fortunately I've now found sources of all 3 of those things that I can tolerate. :-) Marc |
Marc, you do seem to have bad reations to a large amount of things.
Many more than others. Perhaps a NLS System (non linear diagnostic system) may be very helpful for you. |
Where can you get such a system? And yes I can google, I am just too sick to use this computer for long.
Besides, for example dr. Martin Pall says that the problem is too much Calcium in the cells, that's why it feels strange to take it even more as a supplement. |
Hello Huck,
for 8D-NLS-LRIS see: http://iris-nls-quantum.sell.everychina.com Info: kathy.kuang@sschgroup.com For support I have setup an international forum, which has at the moment some 53 members, from many different countries. http://www.hetbitje.nl/phpBB3/viewforum.php?f=2 The forum needs registration. |

From what I remember, if you are acidic, your body will leech calcium from your bones in order to produce less acidic environment. Over time, this will lead to weaker bones and a myriad of related health problems. The solution is not to take a calcium mineral supplement because calcium is difficult to digest and your body will produce more acid in an attempt to digest it; resulting in further bone loss. The solution is to tackle the source of your acidity, whether it's caused by diet, lifestyle, toxins, or a combination of factors. I believe that for many, EMR exposure is a major contributor.

did anyone already say there needs to be a balance
between calcium and magnesium? can't remember the ratio... love, patricia On Jul 22, 2015, at 9:52 PM, Wi-Fri [via ES] wrote: From what I remember, if you are acidic, you're body will leech calcium from your bones in order to produce less acidic environment. Because most mineral calcium supplements are difficult to digest, most of it leaves the body undigested. Calcium also tends to cause constipation which is why magnesium is often added to calcium supplements. Usually there is twice as much or more calcium than there is magnesium, but if you're going to take a calcium supplement, the reverse ratio (twice as much magnesium as calcium) would probably be a better choice. Or, you could get a plant based, fulvic acid mineral supplement. Though it provides only trace amounts of calcium and other minerals, they're easier for your body to assimilate. Calcium is a common food additive, so most people are not calcium deficient.

How does this 8D-NLS-LRIS differ from other bioresonance devices?
|
A 8D-NLS-LRIS system uses a special headphone, and *taps* your brains.
On your monitor, you can see exactly what is going on on different organs, tissues, cells, chromosomes and DNA. You don't have to guess, but can see on the CSS values what is the case with diseases, microorganisms, etc. You can even see what diseases are coming in three to five years, and you can evade them by treating. See: http://www.milieuziektes.nl/Pagina305.html I have written some guidelines in November 2014. http://www.hetbitje.nl/BitjeE201411p.pdf At the moment I am prepairing a new issue. And I have setup an international forum about these systems: http://www.hetbitje.nl/phpBB3/viewforum.php?f=2 |
That device might be interesting, seems to be available only on PC though, not on Mac (I only have Mac computers).
