Tires with non-steel belts? Will a new set of Bias ply tires work?

Environmental_Acrobat
Almost everyone here at this forum understands that our radial tires, on our cars, are emitting electrical magnetic fields because the tires are constructed with steel belts, a good trade off (as advertised by the tire makers) for better handling and fuel economy (but tire markers fail to tell the bad news about EMF).  Samuel Milham goes in great detail about this topic:
Magnetic Fields From Steel-Belted Radial Tires: Implications for Epidemiologic Studies

Anyways, I'm on the market for a new set of tires and wish to find tires with no steel belts.  I drive an older vehicle that is over 40 years old with power nothing that came with non-steel belted tires from the factory.  Today, the car has radial tires and I'm ready to purchase a brand new set of Bias Ply for a couple of good reasons, speedometer will be more accurate and maybe no levels of emf from the tires?

Apparently, Bias Ply tires are still being manufactured and marketed to restore your vintage automobile.  Before I make an attempt to contact the retro tire store, I wish to receive feedback from this forum to see if anyone has gone this route to avoid the effects of emf?

I know there is a trailer tire market selling non-steel belted too, but not going that route as those tires will not fit and are made for trailers only and non-compliant for safety.
