Hi all
I was just wondering if anybody knows if there are decent clothing for people with es. So far from what ive seen all the clothing are just for wearing under your shirt. When i wear something i dont want it to make me different from everyone else. Ok so when i wear this protective clothing most people wont see it but i still feel aware and dont want people to see what i am wearing. I dont see why there cant be made a good looking t-shirt or sweatshirt or shirt by using the screening materials available and covering up the screening material by using 3 layers. First one thin layer of cotton, then inside the screening material then on the outside another thin layer of cotton. I realize this might be expensive but i would buy it if it looked good. I might even try to make some since i live in asia and the tailors here are quite cheap..... Any thoughts on this ??? Rgds Jes |

About the only thing I do for clothing is: * wear shoes with static dissipative shoes * wear 100% cotton shirts, pants, etc. That's it. If you wear clothing that contains some sort of shielding materials, I think that could actually attract more EMF to the shielding materials, and could end up making you feel worse (as the shielding materials are inside of your bodies energy field) Another thing to look at (which I've never done) is clothing made of materials which generate far-infrared energies. This may not block anything, but it may help counteract negative energies simply by being healthier. But again, I have no experience with this, so I have no idea if it would help. Marc |

I think the material is called evolution but not sure, its made by swisshield. I ordered it from a Swedish company at elro.nu, however i dont think they are the cheapest around. I think a t-shirt with sleeves might be a little bit better. Also the protection is not so strong in this material but it helps me for sure. I also have some more heavy duty fabric i bought from y-shield that helps me when i sleep. Jes |

I have worn shielding clothing. Also just wearing wool (especially socks)
and rayon are supposed to help with RF and lower frequencies (probably not microwaves though). Avoid synthetics just so you don't get static shocks. Yes Jes,
the T-shirt as well as the shirt. But nowadays we don't need those anymore. A simple Bioprotect card will be enough. The most important thing is to raise the damaged immune system. There are several ways to do that.
