Hi Folks,
I'm been doing some research on Sulfur.
Below are some links to some of the articles I've been reading.
If the link doesn't work, try typing in the main sentence into the google search
and that should bring up the link.
Although we do eat lots of raw garlic (organic), unless you grow it yourself and
feed your soil, there's no way of knowing when you buy it, if the grower has
used nutrient rich soil to grow the garlic.
Having said that, awhile ago, I bought some organic sulfur crystals...
while I seem to have no problem with this, either drinking it or soaking my feet in it...
I found that the smell of sulfur makes my daughter nauseated. We have been very
very blessed in that, throughout our journey into health, now going on 6 years,
this is the first and ONLY supplement that has given this reaction. I think what I
have is very pure sulfur, and probably I used too much.
I think in her case,
we're going to have to go very SLOW, and use tiny tiny amts. Just wanted to
give all of you a heads up. I've done enough reading/research into sulfur to
now realize how very important this mineral IS. And although we'd tried many
MSM brands, I think based upon what I've seen (or rather NOT seen) that
the articles are correct when they say most of the MSM on the market, in capsule
form is not really bio available to the body.
Blessings,
Lizzie
