i'm a bio-hazard.
I took vitamine C as soon as i felt symptoms,
Asorbic acid powder. Nothing else added to it.
but i can't take much, my body can't tolerate the stuff well,
never have. In the past and now still i have lower back pain
when i take too much of it. Anyone advise for a substitute?
It started with a small cough and burning under the chest.
First days I thought it was acid reflux, imagining it was the virus
because of too much news watching. But then it got worse.
Burning all over under the chest, and back. Scary i must say,
because one doesn't know how bad it is or will become.
I didn't really develop breathing problems i think.
One night maybe, but it could have been a small panic attack,
because it was better in the morning.
I'm a bit better now. Today throat mostly, still being tired, head-ache,
and a little burning here and there, but far less.
I would highly recommend to be prepared if you don't wanna
end up a Smurf, and have whatever you would
wanna take in your home already.
Because if you have it you can't leave your home
and have to rely on others or the post, which is even more delayed
than usual of coarse. It will come too late.
How are you doing Merializer?
I give you two additional tips:
Ascorbic acid is quite acidic, which may irritate the stomach. You can mix AA with sodium bicarbonate in a 1:1 - 2:1 ratio in a glass of water, to neutralize the acidity. It will bubble and fizz, and you will end up with sodium ascorbate. SA is not quite as effective as AA, but it will do the trick. It will be neutral pH, and not burn your insides.
Note: sodium bicarbonate = baking soda, however do not use normal baking powder found in your grocery store. It will contain aluminium, which you definitely do not want. You want pure baking soda. If you cannot find it in a local store, it is readily available on eBay, iHerb, Amazon.
Here is a natural protocol I just found online today. Have never tried this, but it sounds very simple and likely helpful for COVID lung problems. I'm copying the full text below, in case you can't access Facebook:
You can also use a humidifier to do this. Nebulizers can be rented or purchased.
Nebulizing iodine is a powerful therapy to rapidly clear the lungs of infections - Iodine has a stronger/quicker effect than hydrogen peroxide.
– Nascent iodine – is the monoatomic form of iodine recommended for use in nebulization by today's prominent proponents of using iodine for health -Dr. Mark Sircus and Dr. David Brownstein.
Nascent iodine contains ~400mcg per drop (10 drops =4mg). Start with a weak 5 dropsand slowly increase to 10 drops, monitoring its effects. With no discomfort or side-effects, the dose can be strongly increased when in a life threatening situation (even up to 200 drops in divided doses/day (i.e. 80mg iodine/day)
– Lugol's Solution – 5% solution contains 6.5mg iodine/iodide perdrop, Begin with one drop and build up to comfort level. Some user feedback mentions possible irritation and thus it is adviseable to sufficiently dilute the Lugol's in the nebulizer cup with a little distilled water. Another expressed concern is that Lugol's solution contains potassium, which may or may not be a problem.
– DO NOT USE Super Saturated Potassium iodide (SSKI)- it contains too much iodide per drop (~50 mg) to enable accurate control of the dose.
“I have suggested that people put iodine into a nebulizer for aerosol treatment for transdermal effect into the lung tissues in the case of lung cancer, emphysema, asthma and tuberculosis. I make the recommendation to do the same with magnesium chloride, sodium bicarbonate and glutathione. It seems obvious that iodine would make the ideal first line of defense in influenza prevention and without doubt in the treatment of both swine flu and regular influenza. Iodine, teamed up with these other primary and very necessary substances, offers an exceptionally strong defense and treatment against viral infection. It certainly is better than the antiviral Tamiflu, which reduces symptoms by only one day. It is really not hard to beat that.”

Author of “Iodine: Why you need it, Why you can't live without it”
