Thanks for getting back me.

Thanks everyone, for getting back to me. I just need to know what to
do in order to get over this problem. I read all of your replies, and
I think Mr. Martin mentioned something about taking iodine. I
probably don't have any iodine in my diet. However, how would iodine
help me. Also, does anybody know anything about sea salts?

You should at the very least look at super-antixidants like H-Minus
or Amrit. Probably some sort of anti-fungal, anti-parasitic
preparation (mix of herbs, or something like grapefruit seed
extract). Something for adrenal and/or thyroid support --
are you getting enough absorbable iodine in your daily
routine

Do you really think that these super-antioxidants H-Minus and Amrit
would help? Also, what types of supplements would you recommend that
you think would be good for adrenal anad thyroid support.

Please get back to me.

John

Iodine feeds the thyroid gland, and the thyroid is often weakened
by radiation exposure. Iodine will also detoxify your body of
certain unhealthy elements that you may have accumulated over
the years, like chlorine, mercury, etc. You can get iodine via
dried seaweed (found in stores), kelp tablets/capsules, and
there are also some extra-potent iodine supplements on the
market -- I have a bottle of "Iodoral" which has several
thousand times the RDA for iodine in each tablet, which is
good for making up longterm deficiencies, but just be careful
with the initial dosage, as the detox it may provoke (or any
iodine sensitivity that you might have) could be nasty! (I
actually find that this supplement is too strong for me,
even at 1/4 of a tablet per day, and instead using "Magnescent
Iodine")

I personally have found instant relief of EMF symptoms from taking
small amounts of H-Minus and Amrit. And by small, I mean that a
single bottle may last me over a year! (Recommended dosages of these
supplements cause me undesirable side effects)

As for specific adrenal and thyroid supplements, I've pretty much
taken professional brands used by naturopaths/chiropracters, so
I don't know what the more commonly available supplements are.
The professional products I've benefited from are "Adrenal, Desicated"
by Standard Process, "Drenatrophin PMG" by Standard Process, "Thyro-Zyme"
by Apex Energetics, and "Gf Thyroid" by Systemic Formulas. These
all can be purchase online, but their manufacturers prefer that
they are purchased via doctor's offices (alternative medicine
doctors, as they do not require a prescription)

Hi again, John,

I take sea salts and epsom salts baths.  These work great for me.  Theyare very detoxing and loosen up the tension thru-out my body.  I see a difference also in my tolerance level from them.  The epsom salts baths (magnesium salts) are particularly helpful for me, but I take vacations from them from time to time and use sea salt instead.  I also use sea salt in place of regular salt on my food.  I cannot tolerate iodine (a celiac issue) and so I do not take that.  However the hydrogen product that Marc mentioned I recommend.  I cannot take that particular product (mega-H), butI do take hydrogen and it does help.  I highly recommend pilates (exercise), calcium AEP, and pantethine (B5), too.  B12 might help you, but if you take, get injections or sublingual B12.

PS, forgot to mention this....  Don't be turned off by the soaking baths if you try them and have adverse reactions the first several times.  WhenI first started out, I could only tolerate being in the epsom salts soak for a couple minutes.  My skin felt like it was on fire!  However, I cannow tolerate 40 min soaks.  Also, I use about 2 lb of epsom salts to abath (but depends on how big your tub is).  Or a liberal cup to 1 1/2 cup of sea salts.  And sometimes I mix these and use less of each.  Your body will use up the amount of epsom salts it needs.  If the salts are gone in 5 mins, then you should use more, after you get used to the soaks.

Also, didn't think to say, but the adrenals and lymphatic system both run on B5 (pantethine) and calcium (and I find the AEP type calcium to work best).  They also use CoQ10.  CoQ10 is another supplement you should consider taking sublingually.
