In past week I have really had some highs and lows with my EMF problem. A week ago I was feeling completely miserable and I have been more sensitive to near EMF fields such as televisions, table saws, etc. Yet I have made some recent changes right after that and there have been some astonishing and unexpected highs and lows with those changes. I bought the Detox 7 whole body cleanser ( avail at Walgreens) which includes among other things Dandelion Root which is a liver detoxifier. There is also an herb packetI have been mixing with water. All week long I have been feeling better when I wake up. More energy, etc. On Monday and Tuesday I really felt better.
I also have been mostly wearing contact lenses this week instead of my metal framed glasses. And I also had a stainless steel retainer removed from my mouth. I also have worked out in some way each day this week since Monday. I have been feeling partially better, especially on Monday and Tuesday,I was feeling like I have defeated this thing! But on Wednesday, when I was watching the TV, I felt the EMF once again from the TV giving me some head tension. I have been trying to observe if my improvement has been due to the use of the Detox 7, the lack of metal on my head, or my drug Nortriptyline which is supposed to be kicking in after a couple weeks, which would be now. I appreciate the feedback all of you have given me from my first letter. Irequest your feedback and input again on the following topics. 1. Have any of you tried Detox programs like Detox 7 or others designed to rid the digestive tract and whole body of toxins? This is one of the variables during the last week as I have felt better while I have been on this stuff. Some of the ingredients include Dandelion Root, Burdock Root, Licorice root, Oregon Grape Bark, Yarrow aerial parts extract, Garlic Bulb, Prickly Ask seed, Red Clover herbs , and Milk Thistle and Alfalfa Concentrate. Do any of these herbs sound familiar to any of you? What other detox regimens would you recommend I consider? Are they any herbs or supplements you would recommend for minimizing tension type headachesor relaxing the nerves surrounding the head? 2.Is anyone specifically suffering from symptoms that seem entirely focusedin the head? For me it feels almost like "my head is hanging upside down"when I have symptoms. That kind of tension. I have always thought that amuscle relaxant would be the right medication, if any, which would be ableto give me some relief from my symptoms when they are bad. Any thoughts? 3. Mercury in Mouth I have no fillings in my teeth. But my partner I have been with for a year does. This may sound unusual, but is it possible to contract mercury from kissing with someone with dental fillings? Also, what is the best and easiest way for me to test for a heavy metal problem? 4. I feel better at night after 7pm many times. Why? Some of you have suggested Adrenal fatigue, but I find that hard to believe simply because I engage in a lot of activities that produce adrenaline. Is it possible mybody simply starts forgetting about "the microwaves" and is more concernedat that point about making sure the body is going to get enough sleep instead? And if this is the case, is there a way through supplements, medication or meditation, to get the mind to do the same thing on a more consistentbasis, having it not pay attention or engage in a "reaction" to the microwave emissions? 5. Should I even consider looking at devices such as Bio Pro Technology or Earth Calm? Dr. George Carlo speaks highly about the BioPro Technology ona video on YouTube. How can one dismiss that these simply aren't placebo effects? Any answers to any of these questions would be greatly appreciated. Feel welcome to share your thoughts with me as well at my email at [hidden email]. Thanks! |
Mark,
Just 2 quick things, since I don't have much time: 1) I think detoxing is critical for ES. You may have seen people writing on here recently that heavy metal poisoning may be THE reason for ES. If you can tolerate something like Detox 7, then you're not so ill, I would say!Something like that would be way too strong for me at this point. You may be close to getting well. I would learn more about detoxing and do more and more detox things for yourself. 2) Meditation -- yes. There are big psychological factors, for how distressed one is. Not that one should REMAIN in an EMF toxic environment, but, if one has no choice, one can be calmer and more relaxed about the symptoms. When I realized my ES is much worse right now because I am detoxing heavymetals (something I can control) and not because of uncontrollable outsideforces, I felt calmer about my symptoms. When I am particularly tense about my symptoms, and my current high-electrosmog living situation (I'm trying to find alternative housing every day), I go for walking meditation outside (the electrosmog in the house is too high, to do sitting meditation). Ifocus on the sensations of my legs and body as I walk, and when my mind wonders, I return my attention to my legs and body. I've been meditating fora long time, on a daily basis, so it creates more spaciousness and more relaxation relatively quickly. -Sue --- In [hidden email], "markkuether" <markkuether@...> wrote: > > In past week I have really had some highs and lows with my EMF problem. > designed to rid the digestive tract and whole body of toxins? Heh, heh... I think I've been trying to detox for the past 10 years straight! And certainly many things have improved during those years, although I cannot say that I am "cured" as of yet. > 3. Mercury in Mouth – I have no fillings in my teeth. Mostly it is from dental work, fish, injections with things using mercury as a preservative, etc. > 5. Should I even consider looking at devices such as Bio Pro Technology > or Earth Calm? I think Dr. Carlo denies ever promoting BioPro, not that it matters much, as the things I've seen Dr. Carlo write about ES usually make no sense, at least when you compare his writings to the experiences of ES sufferers in this group. And certainly there are EMF devices on the market that are NOT simply placebos. However, it is impossible to predict, out of the dozens/hundreds of such devices on the market, which would work the best for you. So it's basically a trial & error process. Marc |
