Taking baking soda early morning..

Jinna
All of you guys who like salts in different forms...

I'm following the suggestions of dr. Rau, from paracelsus clinic in Switzerland.

He treated thousands of chronic patients, with all sorts of diseases.

One of his suggestions to help boost alkalinization, was to take baking soda (or basic mineral powders) early morning, empty stomach.

I had done that in the past, but stopped as I felt it disturbed my digestion.

I'll do it for a while, not forever. But I do notice a sort of light feeling when I take this early morning.

it feels like grounding, a bit.

Here in Germany / Switzerland, many people take basic mineral salts, and one of the components is usually baking soda.

My electro sensitivity is very low at the moment, so I can't say this helps or not. But as I know many of you take salt to feel better, I guess baking soda is just another alternative, if anyone would like to try.

Baking soda is an alkaline substance. When it mixes with an acid, it alters the pH level.

sodium bicarbonate

Improve Kidney Function – As an alkaline substance, baking soda buffers acids in the body and helps to keep pH levels balanced. Low-functioning kidneys have a hard time removing acid from the body, so consuming baking soda will help with just that.

You and your doctor should watch for the following serious effects of sodium bicarbonate:

Increased level of body pH (metabolic alkalosis)
    Worsening congestive heart failure.
    Seizures.
Severe muscle spasms and contractions (tetany)
Swelling in feet, ankles, and lower legs.
High levels of sodium in the blood.

Long-term and overuse of baking soda can increase your risk for:

    hypokalemia, or potassium blood deficiency.
    hypochloremia, or chloride blood deficiency.
hypernatremia, or rise in sodium levels.
    worsening kidney disease.
    worsening heart failure.
    muscle weakness and cramps.
    increased stomach acid production.

Lets make it an informed choice.

Well, I guess all depends on the amount, right?

If you take extra salt, it will have the same problem as with sodium bicarb, with the disadvantage that it does not make your gut alkaline!

Dr Rau from Paracelsus Clinic and other physicians use that as an initial help for very bad patients with gut dysbiosis.

This is German biological medicine, that is not very well known, I suppose, outside Germany.
Paracelsus use Sanum products widely and force all patients to change their diet to very alkaline diets (low on meat, zero sugar, etc).

I had a friend with bad oedema in the legs from Ukraine. She took all sorts of medicine and did not get helped. I gave her Sanum products and she took baking soda on her own.

Six months of medical drugs did nothing for her swollen very painful legs. She was already on disability.

Few weeks on Sanum and alkalinization solved the problem for good. She swears by the baking powder.

it's not to be taken for life. It's just a bit of a push.
