With a gauss meter it is possible to discover plenty of stray voltage. I had an electrician check my condo for emfs and, lo and behold, there was stray voltage on the gasline. It put out quite a high emf field. The problem has not been solved, and it is a safey code violation. If the gasline blows up I doubt if I will be seen in court trying to collect compensation.
