Spanish Villages for Sale Cheap

Somebody in the ES Community should buy one of these remote Spanish towns for cheap ($45K), or look into one of the many towns and villages for sale everywhere.  They are getting snapped up by Chinese and Russians.  Who wants to get together and pitch in and buy a town for cheap?  In this case, these Spanish towns for sale are mostly in remote areas in Nature - as mayor of your own town, you have the right to ban cell towers, smart meters, and wi-fi from your town if you so choose.  The buildings need work, but at least there are buildings.  If the agreement says you need to make the town livable again, just call in ES community members to live there and you will have a town in no time.  The town could advertise as an ES safe haven and offer Hotel stays, Retreats, Music Festivals, etc.
