Has anybody on the list worked with spagyrics or someone who has?
Here is some info on them - Paracelsus is credited with creating them.

A professional homeopath did an analysis on what would be a good
spagyric for me to try (this was done before I was educated about
mercury poisoning). The result was:

Alchymical Initiatic, ruled by Mercury
Known in English as Holy Basil, Tulsi is a beloved plant in gardens in
India. It is planted around the entrance to temples and homes and used
inside to ward off negativity and clear the air both physically and
spiritually.
Tulsi's purifying influence helps the body remove wastes and excess
phlegm, and it is considered spiritually purifying as well, giving the
highest spiritual energy of Sattva and devotion. In astral travel or
projection, Tulsi creates a purified sphere of protection, free from
negative energies.
Tulsi is also considered strengthening to the nervous system, and
alchemically, it is not surprising that it contains natural Mercury.

That the herb is known for containing mercury was very interesting to
me. This is quite in line with the homeopathic view of resonance and
similars, but I don't think I'll give it a whirl anytime soon,
especially because of the mercury content. And it is emphasized in
homeopathic literature not to give remedies based on mercury to those
with mercury poisoning, though I haven't seen the more modern ailments
stemming from mercury in the latest repertories or homeopathic materia
medicas.
Anyone else tried these before?
