Solar minimum is coming up! I believe ES and solar radiation is interconnected. There is a 100-150V/M field in the atmosphere present when the sun shines. This field is said to energize us and "grounding" simply means that this field goes through your head and down your feet into the ground when you're standing on ground. I'm not sure which is better, solar minimum or maximum at this point, but I think the potential high-class geomagnetic storms during solar maximum may cause symptoms for those with ES.
