"Smart Meter" and its snooping ability

PickPinkFlowers
A while back there was a guest on Coast to Coast AM radio show who described the snooping capabilities of the Smart Meter.  It is a very smart meter.
The old shows are available for replay, but I don't remember the name of the guest who discussed it.  Josie

I guess it must be this show:

I suspect the meters may need to transmit more than once
per day in case the utility company charges a higher rate
for energy usage during "peak" hours.

With the water meters they are supposed to be able to tell if
you are watering every other day when imposed in a drought.
Could also be used to tell if you are home...
