Hi Neil,
> I got home last night from my parents in a neighboring city called Livermore after being away from my home and city for a few hours. Good. From my knowledge of central California, you were up against the mountains to the west, and the central valley was Behind the line of hills to the east, right? Despite being closer to Oakland/Hayward and the bay area, those mountains could be enough shielding to make a significant difference. It would be helpful to identify what else is different there... power lines? towers? distance from neighbors? density of neighbors? Things to look for as factors. > It was then that I was sold on the fact that what I'm experiencing is localized. As soon as I drove down my block and got to my home I started to feel the buzzing and head pressure coming back. After a few hours in the house I was ready to pull the trigger. > Very good to hear the connection is clear enough to be "sold". That is indeed the necessary step toward certainty or proof. > So, what next? > Do I call my city authorities and ask them whats going on in my area? > Can't hurt to try, but expect a deaf ear. If they hear it enough times, maybe a few will start to wake up instead of remaining in denial. > Do I find out if any one of the owners of the cell towers upped the signal strenght recently? > The more people buy new toys that communicate to towers, the signal strength naturally goes up. More users, more signals. As the towers get overloaded, they put up new antennas or new towers once the existing tower is Full. This is why those with ehs can not live in populated areas and get better. > Is there a service or company or group of people that will come out and measure the RF or EMF There should be somebody nearby with a good set of meters. At least I am on the same side of the same continent :) (Not saying I am close enough...) > Anyway, what is everyone doing after they get to the same point I'm at? > I bought a travel trailer, and started searching for a quiet place to live. Of course that brought about a new set of learning pains, in that the first attempt, the first trailer was noisy. There is a whole set of things that must be Right to live in any electrified vehicle/structure. Anyways, from my study of maps, including coverage areas and tower locations, and driving around the state, I learned what to look for to spot quieter places. Seek them out, feel out different places, find a place to move to, then do what is necessary to heal and recover. I have been told northern CA still has some rural areas by another person on the Olympic Peninsula that has ehs. That should be within reach of your current location, if there are no suitable locations, say maybe south of Livermore up against the hills in a shielded valley. Stewart |

I currently sleep away from my marital bed as upstairs I feel a wurring
effect in my head, and generally feel uneasy and cant sleep, for a while I was beginning to think my wifes electric fields from here body were a factor and you know they probably are, she works in a hospital highly electrified and sees many saddening things, she still carries this negertive energy with her when at home and so in bed when we are close this may be a factor - my thoughts on metal sprung mattresses are that they may well re-radiate signals but think on this they may also dilute focused signals by draining and distributing the fields from your body so thay may not be as bad as we think, foam matresses may lead to a build up of energy and could have a mild static effect just guessing puk In a message dated 16/11/2010 23:50:26 GMT Standard Time, [hidden email] writes: Hi Neil, I know how you feel, what you wrote reminds me of where I was in 1994. That's the way to measure; leave the exposure.
What is new in the area? More than likely it's the smart meters. It just adds to the assault but I believe due to my reaction to it that it is worse than anything else. Well, sleeping at my parents was successful. The brain fog, pressure, electric buzz I was getting at home didn’t occur at my parents. I am fully aware they have RF going on around their place, but it’s apparent that it’s not as much as at my house.

> sort of a sour taste in my mouth. Anyone experiencing that? I've always equated a sour/"metallic" taste in my mouth with mobilized heavy metals in my bloodstream. Especially since this usually only happens when I've taken too much heavy metal chelators, or I've had too much exposure to EMF. Mixing a 1/2 scoop of "H-Minus" from e3Live usually gets rid of that. So true, Marc,
I can even tell huge differences between rooms in my house. When I was having really bad symptoms, I have sometimes taken to sleeping in the center hallway. And the bathroom is really quiet too. Once I took a duvet in there when I was having really bad problems. These are rooms which are in the center of my home. So, if I ever got a chance to build a house, my first priority would be to build a house with a center bedroom. You, for obvious reasons (no windows), never see this done in mainstream housing; it would have to be a custom design, which luckily I could probably do. But with emfs as they are now, a two story with a center bedroom on the first floor could mean the difference between peace and torture. My basement is more tolerable also, but there are no problems presently with receiving cell phone calls there, unfortunately. There is one area, tho, in the middle of the basement which could have ceramic walls put in to support a great "stand-alone" bedroom. I mention this for those of you who have the fortunate circumstances to also have these odd emf-free spaces in your homes. Think outside the box and sometimes you can find a place in your home which can work better for you. I have an es friend who sleeps in her kitchen. We cannot all afford to move every time a neighbor decides to buy an electronic toy or the utility company decides we need a new meter. (And even moving is no guarantee, as I can personally attest; after 2 years, I am still ironing out bugs at my "new" house.) Went to see my ENT Dr. today. Guess what? Says I have a sinus that is restricted so bad it’s could cause so many problems. Thought is that this is causing all my hissing, brain pressure, headaches, dizziness and so on. Showed me on CT scan. Nearly completely blocked. The thought is, that this sinus not being able to drain is becoming a pressure chamber. Barometric pressure can cause my symptoms. Same with infections and so on from not draining. May be a stretch but also could be what is making me EMF sensitive. We shall see. Will get surgery date tomorrow. Should make a good follow-up to see how I the EMF effects me post surgery.

About 10 years ago, me and a coworker were both suffering from severe, chronic sinus problems. This was a few months before I became incapacitated by ES, by the way. My coworker got the sinus surgery. This seemed to have helped in the short term, but after several years he was complaining about the same old sinus problems again. I instead had my mercury fillings removed and underwent a detox, and also took anti-fungal supplements (as I had thrush, itchy skin, etc.) My few remaining mercury fillings were right next to the more troublesome sinus cavity, and I wondered if there was a connection. My sinus problems went away, and never came back. Marc |

Oh but one night does not make it ok. Builds up & in a week or two or a month it may NOT be ok. Has happened to me plenty of times. Loni

I once spent some time at a house not far down the street from me, and was surprised to find that it seemed noticeably more tolerable than my own house. I figured it was due to location of the power lines, neighbors with wi-fi, etc. The point being, one may not actually have to move *far* to get relief.
