Small flat screen TVs that are safe, anyone?

My dad's TV broke (it was a cheapo, no-name, small flat panel).  It emitted
some RF detectable on the AM radio, but not a great deal and didn't seem to
pollute the household wiring.

Now, he needs a new TV.  I'm quite alarmed at the thought of him bringing
one home; any that I've tested are RF monsters, filling the air and the
wiring in the entire house with screaming and buzzing noises on the AM
radio.

Can anyone suggest a small model (19" screen or so) that they've *actually
tested* with the AM radio (and any other meters if you've got them) that
doesn't generate tons of RF, either radiated or conducted onto the
household wiring?
