Sinetamer 240V

Hi there does anyone know where I can get hold of a 240V single-phase Sinetamer new or second hand at a reasonable price? We live in the Uk but there is a shortage of availability here, so are willing to look elsewhere.

Also does anyone know of the best smart meter guard to purchase as I hear some punch their rfs right through some shielding?
