These are a few points from Sherri Rogers book on Chemical Sensitivity. The body needs magnesium & zinc to metabolize chemicals.
If C & E are deficient defenses are week. A cold handshake shows mag. deficiency.
Of
course no wheat or milk lessens nasal & chest congestion.
Fermented foods cheese, vinegar, catsup, mustard, salad dressings, etc. cause fatigue &
depression.
Nightshades cause inflammation & pain.
What appears to be a
chemical sensitivity is really a mold/dust allergy. Most are low in at
least one or all of these: zinc, selenium, molybdenum, chromium,
copper, mag. & thiamine.
Chromium & carnatine deficiency tests in those fatigued craving sweets.
Taurine is commonly deficient. Because
it's made from
cysteine, a component of glutathione. Glycine is important in detoxing
toluene from paints, zylene from carpet glues, benzene from gas, room
deodorizers, etc. Not enough taurine can cause seizures.
B-12 trials as an answer for many.
Margarine's from trans fatty & hydrogenated acids of corn leave cell membranes defective & essential fatty acids must be replaced for proper cell function to return. A change in diteray oil can save hundreds of dollars in expensive tests.
Bowl flora, immuneglobulin, hormone, magnesium loading for chronic fatigue
T & B cell measurements in severely damaged patients, ris recorder analysis (Rea 92)
Blold & urine for pesticides & zenbiotics off gas from them, the body didn't metabolize,
( can be cleared)
If
someone picks up chemicals at work, etc. they may get a flare-up
of any old injury, (even cancer in several years), or a heart attack.
Food allergy testing. When removal of irritant is not enough, correct nutrient deficiencies, get
injections for molds & inhalants to overcome the allergy, (quotes Dr. Rea studies)
diet, control environment exposures.
