Some possibilities:

-- you only have a limited number of hours per day you can tolerate the computer without symptoms, so you are okay in the morning but not okay in the afternoon

-- or, your computer is doing something else in the afternoon that it's not doing in the morning (e.g. doing a backup tp the cloud)

-- or, there is more "dirty electricity" on the power lines in the afternoon than the morning, due to added electricity usage (e.g. air conditioner)

look into your diet. could be something you are eating during the day that makes your immune system weaker.
AND keep hydrated !

You might be right. I live in an apartment and I notice that EMF readings and dirty electricity sky rocket in the evenings when more people are home using more tech. I often feel the best in the morning and during the day and then evening hits and I can totally feel that my environment is dirtier.

Looking back, on my own emf experience i have to agree. this goes for powerlines and RF. I remember that the powerline i used to live close to was much more quit on sundays.
When i lived in the city. the RF got amped up after 4 am.

Thanks, Marc,

It was your final observation, which I think is happening here.

Here's something that seems to be happening now during A/C season. Usually I turn my A/C temp up during the daytime when temperatures are higher outside, thinking it will take less energy to cool the difference from outside to inside. Like I run the A/C during the daytime hours at 78 degrees F, then 75 at night and at night is anywhere beginning 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

I started noticing that when it's warmer inside and A/C is not running that's when I experience EMF symptoms but if I leave the temp set at 75 and don't change it, then when the A/C is not running no EMF symptoms. I don't know if I made sense of what I'm trying to say and it's just an observation.

Anyway, thanks again!
Peacefulness,
Kay

I have always heard that the "deadly nightshade"
family was good to avoid and this week I think I
confirmed it.  I had no cramps for months, and
then i started eating homegrown tomatoes and
i had a few organic new potatoes from the store...
and i had cramps.  so i am back off the "deadly
nightshade" family plants.  they include potatoes,
tomatoes, eggplant, okra, peppers, tobacco, and
so on... easy to google.  at any rate, my diet is
very important in controlling my symptoms.
avoiding electronics (esp cell phones and wifi)
and food... and yes, keep hydrated!!! i think
that's what saves my friend who is an IT expert...
he drinks GALLONS of water every day.  BIG
jugs of tea and plain water in the morning and
he even drinks volumes of water at night.
love, patricia
