The Schussler's Therapy Origin


The biochemical therapy makes use of the basic 12 Dr. Schüssler Salts which were all discovered by Dr. Wilhelm Heinrich Schüssler (1821 – 1898), a German physician.

Schüssler had theorized that these mineral salts were vital for the regular functioning of the body´s cells.

He had concluded further that deficiencies in any of these tissue salts would lead to dysfunction and illness.

Consequently, treatment of mineral imbalances in the body by tissue salts must be an essential factor for restoring health.

The actual tablets taste sweet, and come in homeopathic forms.

Chemically, there is barely any mineral inside.

Their function is to HELP minerals and salts to go where they should.

But they don't due to disease, malfunction, infections, stress...


These products cost very little, and if you can't decide which ones you need, buy all 12 salts, mix them up, and take them in water (they dissolve very fast).

Many naturopathic doctors in Switzerland or Germany just prescribe a mix of these tablets, daily, for long term.

I swear, it's been years I live here, and everybody knows these salts (Germany and Switzerland)

Everyone treating naturally will know the salts.

They are inexpensive, no side effects, no need for prescription, babies and old people, weak people can take them....

Some people treat basically most ailments only with them.

Of course, they won't be a final solution for EHS, but I think they sometimes work better than many supplements,

and am very interested in it.
It is on top of my to do/try list and i saved money to try it next month.

Thanks, I am seeing 4 different brands here though. How do you know which ones are legit? I found some on Amazon and people said they were fake (looks the same brand as the 2nd link). Want to make sure to get the right ones...

It's kind of hard to say, Super Laura.

I buy mine in Europe, and as I can't tolerate lactose, there are not many brands available for me.

The cost of production of these salts is RIDICULOUS.

if the maker is doing fake products, I wonder what's his interest.

But if you find something without lactose, it might mean the maker already understood that problem (of lactose intolerance) and I would try to buy these.

Just a suggestion, of course.

How to make your Schussler salts on your own:

1- buy a small set, with about 80 tablets, like above. Even smaller is fine too.

2- read how they work, and choose the ones you think you need (or use energetic tests to see which ones you need).

If you find it's too hard, just use all 12 salts at once, many people do all sorts of combinations, and here they sell these 12 salts in one tablets too.


3- take 3 to 6 tablets from each bottle you want to take (start with 3, if you are sensitive, and 6 if you barely react to anything)

4- put all of them in a small glass bottle of about 1 cup size (or bigger), but only add 1 cup of water (250 ml of water). Never fill the bottle to the top. Use good clean water (source water is best). No chlorine, etc.

Leave 2 fingers minimum of space (with air).

5- Succuss the bottle (hit it against your palm or against a thick book) about 200 times. You gotta see air bubbles going in the water, or it is not homeopathy...

The bubbles are important. Air has to get mixed with water + Schussler salts.

If you do not hit against your palms or a book, it won't work as well. Homeopathy is done through succussion (hitting). You can find a youtube video 'how to succuss homeopathy?' or 'how to produce your own homeopathic remedy'. It's baby easy.

6- it's ready: you can start with a small teaspoon 3x a day, then increase to 5x day.

Another way to increase potency is to add more tablets (instead of 3 of each, add 4 or more)
You can also take more (like a tablespoon), but for me, it makes no difference. I keep on one teaspoon, under the tongue.

7- if you'd like to keep the watery solution for longer than a a week, you have to add good quality vodka, or alcohol you buy in the pharmacy (for ingestion).

so instead of adding 250ml of water, add 200ml of water, 50 ml of vodka and proceed as above (200 times succussion).

You need to take the salts for at least 1 month, in my opinion, to feel if they do something.

You can increase or decrease the amount of tablets in the water.

here, people ingest the pills, but then they need to keep buying these salts as you got to take at least 3 tablets a day from each salt.

It's not too hard to find them here. If buying them is not a problem, you can also opt to just let the tablets dissolve under your tongue (for more effect, always use this part of the mouth for all homeopathic products).

I find that they work BETTER when diluted in water, though (better than pure tablets).

You can add as many salts you'd like or just one at a time. Just one is also fine.

Note that this dilution + succussion does not make the product weaker, but it makes it STRONGER.

And that is the EXACT way homeopathy is created, so you are not losing in potency.

some publications say that, homeopathy succussed by hand is more powerful than the ones done by machines.

once you learn how to do homeopathic dilutions at home, you'll see that this is a very efficient and economic way to deal with many problems.

The Schussler salt set for example, you just buy one and can use probably for the next 10 years, in this way.

the dilutions in ascending potencies are called hommachord, here.

The AMAZING company called Heel does that to many products. I have loads of their hommachords here, and I do like them, because if the lowest dilution does not work, the bigger dilutions will.

Beware that the potency 30X is already much stronger than normal Schussler (that go max to dilutions 12X).

So you gotta take LESS drops of this bottle. Maybe about 5 drops at a time, 2 x a day or so? I wouldn't take much more, unless you react little to homeopathics.

You may, if you'd like, make 10 bottles from that single bottle.

As I told above, if you know how homeopathy is produced, you 'll understand that that is exactly what is done to produce them.

All my hommachords, I make 10x of them. If I buy a 1ml vial, I make 10 ml of it.
If I buy 100ml, I make 1,000ml (1L) of it.

The secret: always add vodka or pharmacy grade alcohol. With vodka, I would add about 40% vodka, 50% water, 10% the original bottle you bought.

Succuss at least 100 times (sometimes 200 is better), then you get it at the same potency (or a bit stronger) than the original bottle. And with that amount of vodka, you can keep it for at least 2 years, if you store it well (far from ES, far from direct sunlight, in darker bottles, like those of wine).

I ordered it and am going to try it in small amounts to see if it works :) I had no idea you could make 10 bottles from one, thats pretty crazy! I don’t know a lot about how homeopathic tinctures work, only that they do work lol.

I use homeopathics since my teens, and I'm now 51... that makes a lot of years.

I learned how to produce my own homeopathics home, the same way Hanhenmann was doing: by hand.

It's very easy, just a bit time consuming (when you need to redilute it hundreds of times, for example).

but if everyone knew how easy one makes homeopathy, the companies would sell MUCH LESS, I swear.

I accumulated homeopathic products by hundreds, now, after all these decades. I still produce many of them by hand.

You can try with your Schussler salts. take the original bottle, then take your diluted bottle. You'll see zero difference, I can guarantee you. You gotta do the succussions, and if you succuss a lot, your product will be stronger than the original.

that is why homeopathy is a great tool for healing chronic illnesses: you can use them for long term without spending much.

what you are buying is not a tincture, it's already a diluted product (in fact, you got a few products into one).

Thats very interesting though I cannot say I quite understand how dilution makes it stronger than before..

I just got the bottle today and just holding the bottle in my hand I felt a wave of peaceful relaxation come over me. Very few products illicit such a strong reaction in just holding the bottle lol. I did muscle test and my body wants a whole dropper of it, spread out throughout the day, so its quite a lot. But I am used to taking a lot of homeopathic products, sometimes up to 4 droppers of different things. I would definitely save a lot of money if I really understood how to make 10 out of 1. Does that work with all homeopathic things? How does dilution make it stronger? That doesn’t compute with me :P

I LOVE homeopathy, and love some quantum products because exactly like you, I feel them working WITHOUT ingesting them!!

Once I put a bottle of a homeopathic product in my back pack (I had just bought it from the pharmacy), and felt the whole treatment being done. My head got light, I felt dizzy, something inside me changing...

When I arrived home, the bottle felt nothing anymore. The drops made no more effect. I had already TREATED myself by CARRYING the bottle in my backpack!!!

As for dilutions, just read ANY book on how homeopathic products are made. Any book will explain the dilution theory (here in Europe, we call D dilution for decimal, you guys in the Anglo Saxon world call them X dilutions).

Hahnemann was a genius who discovered that by diluting ANYTHING, he could somehow make the CHI / prana / vital force, whatever you call it, of a herb / stone much stronger and clear THAN with the original substance.

That was the birth of homeopathy. By diluting and succussing, he could get layers and layers of meanings of the vital force of the herb, or mineral, or stone, or whatever was his original substance.

He knew that they had therapeutic value because all these substances, when you give them to HEALTHY patients, they will react in a way or another. Mostly, disease will be created. By describing the disease symptoms, he found out that if the patient is healthy, of course he doesn't need that disease.

But for ill people, if you give the exact substance that caused disease to a healthy person, the diseased patient would heal.

The example of onion is the most simple to understand: onion causes tears in the eyes, runny nose with liquids. If you have a cold and have runny nose, teary eyes and take diluted onion (called Allium cepa in homeopathy), your nose will dry.

only the dilution and succussion makes that (not the original onion).

He learned with trial and error, that the MORE he diluted, the STRONGER the product got.

In energy medicine, the stronger does not mean, the best, though.

Specially in homeopathy, most homeopaths struggle to find the WEAKEST dilution, or the weakest product that will fit to a patient.

if the patient needs a lower dilution but takes a high dilution, he won't get better.

that is why I like hommacords (the product you bought).
 It has a few dilutions inside, so it's harder to make mistakes: one of the dilutions shall work!

I hope you don't get loose stools with the product. That was the only negative thing for me.
