They are considered by some to be the ultimate antioxidant, many times (thousands?) stronger than the equivalent amount of Vitamin C. There are a few different supplements available in this category. "Hydrogen Boost" may be found at your local supplement stores, otherwise it certainly can be found online: http://www.sourcenaturals.com/products/GP1810/ Alternately, you might find the supplements "Mega-H" or "Megahydrate" locally, although I rarely see these in stores. It can be bought online however: http://www.phisciences.com/ There is also a product called "H-Minus", which I've only seen online: http://www.e3live.com/all_products/h_minus.html Also, there is another product called "Microhydrin", which is a multi-level marketing version that I've only seen online: http://healthandlight.com/microhydrin.htm These products all have more in common than they are different. There is probably lots written about these products on the internet, from both users and skeptics. Also, ex-eSens member Vinny Pinto has a page on the general topic of hydrogen supplementation here: http://h-minus-ion.vpinf.com/ But the most important part in terms of this group is that this is one of those supplements that can make you feel better if taking before/during/after EMF exposure. At least, it works for me and a few others I've exchanged emails with. :-) Marc |
Excellent info Marc, I actually have some Hydrogen Boost but it is fairly old. I will give it a try and see it helps with reactions. Sounds wonderful.Loni

Thanks! I will get some and give it a try. Y'all are always so helpful in explaining things to me and I really appreciate it. Are there other supplements as well which help before/during and after EMF exposure? : ) Amy

What about B12 Methylcobalamine. I feel much better when I use the injectable but it is very expensive. Any others have experience with this? Loni

Yes I already looked & it says 6 12 so I should be ok.

Ahh, so Hydrogen Boost has longer than a 2-year shelf life then... perhaps e3Live (the company I buy H-Minus from) is being more conservative about their shelf life estimates... Marc |

Joining in the discussion concerning manganese, tests are not reliable for minerals and vitamins. For instance, it is little known, that tests for L-Carnitine serum, muscle tissue and liver differs. Same applies for minerals, vitamins, amino acids, etc... Tests are not unreliable. It is possible to have a high concentration of zinc or manganese in certain areas of the brain, causing neuronal damage cascading in neurologicsymptoms or anxiety, depression, whilst serum, urine, tissue, hair results vary or show low concentration. Even tests for intracellular, or metabolizing, is still unclear with no settesting protocols. Tests in isolation does not lead to diagnosis, rather, symptoms, medical history, and series of tests may help, but even then, misdiagnosis is very high, according to reports over 40%. Biochemistry and biomedical science is still very much in its infancy. We are very limited concerning diagnostic tests. Unless of course, there is acute toxicity to mercury, if very high in urine and serum, including symptoms, it is difficult to diagnose. Has anyone had a Nutritional Blood Analysis? This is a blood test to see where you body is functioning. They then deduct what minerals/vitamins you may be low in. You then take the suppliments according to the test & retest after 3 months. Your organs should show improvement.
I have done it before & found it very beneficial. These physicians also teach you how to read your own blood test. May be better than a hair analysis.
