Many good replys too. Excactly what this forum is for, sharing. Thank you Marc! :)
I am now on himalyan salt, espsom salt, and now i will order some mineral supplements. remember charles mentioned a calcium supplement called algeaplus.
After i got rid of my parasites(earlier this summer) i feel this is a big part of what my body needs to build strong again.

Feeling much better. Back in my cabin! YES!

peace to all

Salt Water Cure

Hi Hawk

Thanks for the positive feed back.

Having been completely cured of my ES by taking extra salts, I would initially recommend MicroMins which you can buy on line from NutriPLUS. It contains magnesium, chloride, sulphate, potassium and sodium. I found that about twenty drops or a small squirt, mixed with a small amount of water, followed by a pint of water worked best. I basically repeated this twice a day for about 3 days then once a day for another 3 days. After that once every few days for a few weeks. (Continually reducing).

At the same time I also found Maldon Salt was excellent too. (Used by the queen of England;) Again disolved in water and followed by a pint of water.

After a month or two I basically just added Maldon salt to my meals, and this is all I do now. It tastes great and I'm pain free, able to use iPhones and PCs with out a problem. It's great :o)

Alternatively just try eating some nuts or something with extra salt, with a drink of water? Then see how you feel...

I hope you too are helped by this.

All the best
Rob

seems very interesting, if it can be linked to conductivity, is there a possible way to test the conductivity of a persons body?

I see you have a lot of different salts and minerals,  what do you use now to make symptoms dissipate as in what you take how much and when?

Re: Salt Water Cure

Salt Water Cure
Hi Chris

There must be a way to measure that with the right research and know how, but having been cured of ES I'd recommend simply trying extra salt and water in your diet. Maldon salt is all I really use now, added daily to my meals, and I try to drink a couple of pints of water a day. However, initially I tried many different electrolytes (salts), you can read about my full experience from page one.

Hope this helps you, and please let us know how you get on.

Regards
Rob

Thanks Chris that would be great. I'm keen to hear back from anyone who has also tried using extra salts and water, to find out what corroborating evidences can be seen, compared to my experience of being completely cured by it.

Patricia, that's encouraging. What effect has it had? How effective has the salt been in stopping any pain caused by ES?

Re: Salt Water Cure

Patricia
rob, hi.  i can't really tell much about any change,
because i have managed to protect myself from
exposure, pretty much.  i know that most people
in the UK and US are mineral deficient, as our
primary salt is sodium chloride... and maybe a
little bit of iodine, while we need over a hundred
minerals.  i feel fairly certain that there would be
no 'bipolar disorder' if the people of our countries
had been eating full-spectrum salt all their lives,
as it is a lithium deficiency.  and i have often
wondered how many other diseases - physical
and mental - are due to mineral deficiencies.
all i know is that i am doing pretty well right now.
i have little cramps occasionally in my legs, but
nothing like the screaming cramps i was getting
for years.  i refuse to subject myself to any more
emf than i absolutely have to be.  i get all jittery
when something emfy is happening and have to
leave the area... whether in a house or a store.
all in all, i am a very happy camper, as they say.  :)
love, patricia

Salt Water Cure
Thanks Patricia
I recently have moved again. The share accommodation has wifi with more than a dozen devices: lap tops, mobiles, PC's etc. at first I felt some effects but after some extra doses of salt I'm fine again. The effect is so instant I would love to know if others can report the same success?

Awaiting confirmation
Rob

Re: Salt Water Cure

Patricia
wow, that's great, rob.
i had a vivid dream the other night...morning.
it was of a glass of water with LOTS of salt
crystals.  i thought it was strange until i
realized that if i have soup, it is like water
with salt in it.  so i just had a nice glass (not
too big) of water and salt.  it did feel good.
i think i'll do that again, right now.  after
wednesday's adventure at BEST BUY, i think
i need a bit more salt.
thanks for the thought.
love, patricia

Re: Salt Water Cure

well, it's good that people are not consuming
as much table salt - that stuff is poison,
literally... but it's a MUCH better thing for
them to use full-spectrum salt - and not many
people know about it yet.  they still imagine
that NaCl is all they need to know about salt.
they don't know they need all the minerals
that are in whole salt.

i think it's a bit like white sugar and white
flour.  once people caught on, they started
migrating to better sweeteners and brown
grains... and now they're moving away from
prepackaged foods to fresh, raw, organic
fruits and vegetables... little by little.

i'd like to see food forests everywhere so
everyone could eat organic... and i'd like to
see corporations stop selling things just to
make money.  the bottom line value is life
and health, not money.  it's an upside down
culture still, but i can see a tiny little light at
the end of the tunnel.  :)

Yes indeed Patricia: full spectrum (natural) salt is best. I like Maldon sea salt, although recently I have been trying Dead Sea salt too. It all works for me:)

Thanks Rob

Salt Water Cure

Hi Everyone
I find I am looking at this site less often as I move on in my life, having suffering from ES and then finding the cure. I see people are still suffering and I wish desperately that someone would at least try my cure, and then report what they find, but to date no one has? I know increasing ones salt goes against the relatively resent notion that salt is bad for you, but that is half the problem along with the increase in emf waves in the environment. I hope someone has the chutzpar to try it and let the community here know. May God bless you all and you find relief from your ES.

Hi Rob & everyone,

Just to let you know that although I haven't had an electrosensitivity problem, the relevance of a basic balance of the freely-available minerals we all need to health, generally, seems pretty convincing to me.. Already been using LoSalt / Sea salt.. plan to try MicroMins..

http://www.nutriplusdirect.com/micromins/micromins-formula

BTW, anyone know of anything that's been specifically associated with good eyesight?

'An ounce of prevention', as they say, 'is better' (not to say, much cheaper) 'than a pound of cure.'

Regards,

Jem.

Everytime i drink alcohol i get lots worse.
Might this be because alcohol flushes out water and salt.? And it takes a little while to build back up ?
Ive been using a pack of maldon and some himalayan salt since i started reading about your cure. Dont feel much improvement.
But this alcohol thing got me thinking.
maybe i need even more salt....

Table salt is very, very toxic!  In the video, both the short and 2 hr version, the Dr. talks about drinking upwards of 12 glasses of water a day and making sure to use salt.  I found that I had to listen closely, as he only stated briefly that table salt was not sufficient and that he was speaking of using celtic seasalt or Hymalian salt. It would be better for everyone if he had spent more of that 2 hours stressing what kind of salt to use.  The 2 natural salts I have listed are very good for the body, unlike table salt that makes people sick. Starting w/ kidney problems.

That said I feel better w/ lots of water and natural salt and a good diet, but can not say that I am any less dizzy around wifi.

Always helps to have the most healthy of habits! Celtic salt and water are a good start.

Reply to jemfleming:

This is a 334-page book, which is free, copyright 1920, "<a href="http://">The Cure of Imperfect Sight by Treatment Without Glasses".

Also, there is this book "Improve Your Eyesight With EFT" by Carol Look.

Another suggestion, and I do this, I take Lutein. I started out with Lutein & Zeaxanthin because that's all I could find at the time. I've since found Lutein 20 mg but I haven't started taking that dose yet.

I'm older than . . . but not quite as old as dirt and had my vision checked the beginning of the year and my eyes are fine. I was prescribed glasses some years ago but don't need them any longer.

Anyway, hope this helps! Hope the links work, too!
Peacefulness,
Kay

Today is a good day for a good day!
