Safe Travel to Costa Rica?

I am an artist with ES. I am hoping to spend some time in Costa Rica this winter. Has anyone with ES traveled there to a safe haven? I understand there are cell towers "all over the country" and am concerned. Would like to spend time near the beach and am considering Santa Teresa/ Malpais area. Please share your experiences/ advice. Thanks, artistes

We used to have someone on this group who was living in Costa Rica (Ellen/Perla).  
I know that she's currently on the Facebook equivalent of this group ("Electrical
Sensitivity Support Group"), but I don't know if she's on this forum anymore...?
