Safe LED lights

I have a sensitivity to light, my husband bought this but I am wary.

Any recommendations for safe LED lights or would you only do incandescent

Supposedly there are low-emitting LED light bulbs out there, but you'd probably have to measure them with the right set of good meters to know for sure.  I've just stayed with incandescents because one can assume they are clean without any research or measurements.
