Reminder About Replying to Messages

Hi all,

I got a complaint about this, so I guess it's time to post
a reminder...

When you reply to a message on eSens, most email programs
include the original message in the reply. It is important
that you take the effort to edit down the original message
to a bare minimum -- that is, just enough so that
we know what you are replying to. You should *not* include
the entire original message in your reply.

You may think that it's harmless to include the entire
message at the bottom of your reply, but you need to
remember that many people read this group in "digest"
mode, so these people have to wade through all of those
old messages in order to find the new messages.

This issue is even more important for people who have
to limit their time on the computer!
