Hi all,
One of the things I've found to helpful for ES (and also detoxing in general) is a form of energy work called "Reiki". Initially I did this by paying someone US$60 an hour to hold their hands over me. I could certainly feel the energy, but the improvements were often short-lived. So then I got "attuned" to Reiki "Level 1", which allowed me to treat myself for free. In terms of ES, I noticed that if I was having a "burning face" symptom from sitting in front of a computer too long, I could go into a restroom stall and do Reiki on my face for a couple minutes, and those symptoms would go away. The only problem I've found with Reiki is the possibility of overtreatment -- when I first got attuned, I was doing Reiki on myself for 30 minutes a day. Unfortunately, after a week of this I got a terrible flu with a high fever, and after a while I concluded that all that self-treatment was putting me into a "healing crises", which probably wouldn't have happened if I only did it for 1-2 minutes a day. I rarely do Reiki on myself anymore, because I've found that the Springlife polarizer seems to put out the same type of energy, and without me having to hold my hands in a special location. However, if someone doesn't have the money to spend on a Springlife polarizer, Reiki could be a free alternative. There are websites which will "attune" you remotely for free: http://reikisecrets.com And then there are free guides which will tell you what to do: http://angelreiki.nu/ For people who are really toxic or sensitive, the attunement itself may provoke a "detox" that could last a few days/weeks, so this is potential problem. If so, I wouldn't recommend self-treatment during this, because this will merely make you detox even more! (the various Reiki books claim that you cannot do "too much" Reiki, but I found this statement to be false). If anyone tries this, I'd be interested in knowing how an ES person does with this -- for example, did you feel any special energy on the day of the remote attunement, did the attunement affect your tolerance for EMF, or does self-treatment affect your tolerance of EMF? As I said before, I have found it to be helpful for me, but a bit impractical. I don't recall feeling anything during the attunement itself, although in the following days there did seem to be a detox reaction (and yes, I did just go to the free site above to get attuned to level 2 and 3, and supposedly it was done yesterday) Marc |
Hello,
Reiki or another form of *state of mind* can help tremendously. The book *The Field* from Lynne McTaggart can give some inspiration that way. Hi Marc,
I'm interested in trying it, and will look at the information on how to do it. I would be curious if you tried taking Cilantro drops after Reiki, and the day after, if you would still experience potential symptoms from detox? I have been having amazing success with Cilantro. My doctor was worried I may have severe symptoms during detox due to my high mercury levels, but with Cilantro I don't notice any detox symptoms at all. I have seen a Naturopath and a preventive medicine MD that both recommended Cilantro for detox. Hmmmm, I thought cilantro was supposed to mobilize toxins from their stored locations in your cells, and put them into your bloodstream? To me, that would increase your symptoms. For me, to reduce detox symptoms, I usually need things supportive of the detox, like things containing antioxdiants, alkalinizing minerals, high quality protein sources, glutathione, etc. Marc |

I think just getting the attunement by itself can be beneficial for your health, as long as you don't mind a few days/weeks of potential cleansing symptoms (fatigue, headache, frequent trips to the bathroom). So really all one would need to do is fill out that form on that website doing the free remote attunements, and then never think about it again! Although, learning how to do Reiki after that is pretty simple, and certainly could be useful to help in healing yourself and others... Marc |

That has been my experience as well. When I forget to take cilantro during detox process, I feel very sick. Otherwise I notice no detox symptoms at all when I take cilantro. My naturopath said that in particular he wanted me to take cilantro to keep toxins from passing blood brain barrier, which he said is the most harmful thing that can happen with toxins during detoxification. Now that I think about it further, I should probably try taking cilantro daily, and see if it reduces my EMF symptoms, assuming EMF causes release of toxins making me ill. That is a good thought - thanks for interacting on this topic. I agree with your comments on antioxidants & proteins as well, since I followed your advice and dramatically changed my nutrition, and it also seems to be reducing my symptoms. Its good health sense too. Glenn |

But I don't recall ever noticing anything from any of these. But perhaps that's the point... :-) Marc |

It contained cilantro and chlorella and probiotics. I had noticed that following taking this, my EMF sensitivity dropped. However, it didn't really drop any more than if I would have eaten an oatcake! However, I always found it curious that this reduced my sensitivity, because I had already established that taking chlorella by itself made my sensitivity much worse. Of course, the cilantro and probiotics could have been balancing it out... Marc |
