I have found a retreat place without Wi-Fi. Also the nearest cell towers (there are 2) are over 2 miles away. it is in the middle of nowhere (of course) 1/2 south of Cadillac Michigan. Easily accessible by car though and I think minimal grocery markets much closer than that.

My guess is this could be a center in which a lot of us could relocate. Much friendlier than Green Bank and more likely to stay away from emfs long range. Winters there (except this year) have been hard, though, but not impossible.
in initial correspondence with the owners they are open to becoming an emf refuge. You could write them and check it out.
