Reduce EMFs in Saunas

This article talks about the advantages of Saunas and about half down there is a video that talks about testing a sauna and avoiding the EMFs.

Well, i watched the video till it became unbearable.
3 milligauss is supposed to be low, and a simple LF-meter can tell us all.
Here are the academics talking ..., in their clean shirts.
No alternatives, like woodfire instead of electricity, or just a hot bath.
The latter feels great, although overdoing can be a bit dangerous, just as saunas.
Nevertheless, the basic idea of health benefits sounds sound.
Actually in the very readable book of Wolf Dietrich Storl about lyme-disease sweating is described as half of his way of treatment.
The other half is teasel-root, note that he did use the root itself also, not only the tincture of it.
By the way the best book on this subject is the latest by Stephen Harrod Buhner, this guy is truly amazing.
To return back to the topic : when sweating, even a bit while eating a hot meal, my sensitivity to EMF goes up drastically.
