**The Board recognizes that multiple chemical sensitivities and electromagnetic sensitivities may be considered disabilities under the ADA if they so severely impair the neurological, respiratory or other functions of an individual that it substantially limits one or more of the individual’s major life activities. The Board plans to closely examine the needs of this population, and undertake activities that address accessibility issues for these individuals**.

What does the ADA stand for?  Is it American Disabilities Association?  It makes me scratch my head every time I realize there's some political and bureaucratic "authority" telling society "who is" and "who ain't" and how to run their lives or not.  Yawn.

Sorry feeling a little bit cynical today.

Yes, ADA stands for American Disabilities Association.

I can understand your attitude.  Must admit I have been wondering as the report referred to below is from 2005............ my reaction when I read that was what have they been doing for the last 7 years?

           blessings
