Re: why am I so sick?

Andrew & Marc,

I agree w both of you. We have to get our health in a better  place
supported w supplements so we're strong enough 1st. Bring down yeast
& treat parasites.

I wouldn't consider it in a building until wiring & other issues are corrected.

Here about excoitoxin damage? Need GFCF as gluten can convert to glutamate.

Glutamate makes things worse for some. Have you heard of Amy Yasko's methylation via genetics?

I have seen tests where people are detoxing metals* w.o traditional chelators.

She mentions trad. chelation is only ridding toxins through 1 door, w/o closing the door to lets them build up again.

She believes there imbalance w glutamate & GABA.  Glutamate
receptors located on the surface of nerve cells  pull in glutamate.
However these receptors can pull in excitatory neurotransmitters into
cells.

Aspratate, aspartame, aspartic acid, glutamate, glutamamic acid, glutamine, MSG, Cysteien, Homecysteine.

.

Glutamate can bind to 6 different types of receptors in the brain,
including NMDA which helps the body carry calcium into nerves.

"glutamate being the gun, calcium the bullet" Magnesium & zinc can
modulate cal. Be careful w zinc,  has to outbalance copper.

Have to maintain low to mod. calcium levels. that strikes a balance
between maintaining necessary amounts for bone health w/o damaging
nerves. It's pricey like most protocols.

Haven't run her test yet, but looking forward to it.  I had problems w hypglycemia so fed glutamate. Have to fix a lot.

I think the Cutler protocol is too much for ES people. I think a much

lower dose is better so the metals and crap isn't moved around the

body from organ to organ, stomach to brain.

Rebuilding the stomach lining and blood brain barrier should be first

before any chelation.

Research what supports the liver getting its own glutamine production

up as well as supplementing with glutamine powder first.

There are libraries of information on this and I am in overwhelm with

my own story and research into this and don't have a definitive answer

yet but know that chelation is not the best thing to do first when sick.
