Actually, Karen did mean what I thought she meant -- she
claims that mercury is escaping from (unbroken)
flourescent lighting tubes and polluting the environment.
She has attempted to post several links to the group and
to me privately to backup these claims, but everytime I
read one of these links, it does not say what she claims
it says. So I've been deleting these messages because I
feel that all of this false information being posted to the
group is doing more harm than good.

But if anyone can actually find *one* link that actually
*does* back up this claim, I'd be happy to post it!

Marc

Hello Marc,

I am now in contact with some fluorescent lamps manufacturors and asked them
some questions, which they promised me to investigate.
As soon as I have my answers I will post them here.

They told me already, that Karens claims are not valid.

I also want to know why some people experience troubles with those lamps.
There are many angles involved here; electrical, magnetical and
electromagnetical fields.
And special so far unknown frequencies, perhaps coming from a *spectroscopic
angle*.

But coming with solid answers needs time.

Hi Marc:

God bless you! You have sooo much more patience with such matters
than do I! When people try to engage in such disingenuous,
duplicitous and insincere behaviors on my list groups, I ban them
with a vengeance and order them never to write to me again! And, if
they try it again, I send them a nasty letter and then get their ISP
to disable their email account for violation of TOS for having
spammed me by sending me harrassing email after being ordered to
cease and desist! (one such person, a "health practitioner", later
told me that she lost eight years of archived old emails and her
entire adress book when Yahoo Mail disabled her account for
repeatedly spamming me. Another man, a naturopath and self-styled
"health guru", lost five years of email files and address book files
at Yahoo Mail...) The best part is that I have a lot of fun doing
these things to such people; it makes me feel good inside! >:-} :-)

with care,
