This goes out to anyone who has detoxed heavy metals: Have any of you felt
the need to rock back and forth while detoxing? If so, what is that all about?! Does it necessarily mean it's a good, bad or neutral symptom? Or maybe I'm just crazy, which in that case, glad no body knows me. ;) Amy [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
Hi Amy,
I don't feel qualified to say whether you are crazy ;), since I have my ownissues.... j/k Yes, I too like to rock back and forth--not just when detoxing, but anytime I am in pain. I felt that movement confused my pain, in a way. Or, maybe, as long as I was rocking I wasn't able to focus on my feeling ill???? Does that make sense? At least that was the take I had on it. I actually designed a bedat one point that could hang from the rafters and swing because I would try to rock myself to sleep sometimes (but I never actually got it built since hubby didn't like the idea). You know those swings they have for babies and the babies just nod right off in them? The rocking does do something, so we can't be total nutcases, Amy! lol My 2 cents, Diane --- On Sun, 11/15/09, [hidden email] <[hidden email]> wrote: From: [hidden email] <[hidden email]> Subject: Re: [eSens] heavy metals-rocking back and forth To: [hidden email] Date: Sunday, November 15, 2009, 6:50 PM This goes out to anyone who has detoxed heavy metals: Have any of you felt the need to rock back and forth while detoxing? Ahhh Diane, you are so sweet and tender! Thank you. :) Thanks Paul, also.
Yes, it is soothing too, just a little odd to me! I seem to experience it more while detoxing though, hence the asking. Maybe it's just coincidence. Diane, that bed sounds like a great idea!
