Re:heavy metal poisoning ideas

I've tried lots and lots of stuff over the years. R-ALA done with the Andy Cutler method is one of the best things for me. Cilantro was another thing that I liked very much and will probably do some more of it in the future. I even did juicing it for about a year. Got tired of juicing and just rubbed it into the skin via oil of cilantro for a couple years as well while I took a break from the ALA. I recently tried DMSA. Still haven't fully evaluated it yet. I stay away from chlorella. And I also stay away from regular ALA now. I've done clay baths for a couple of years. Those were pretty good.

What happened when you used chlorella and ALA? It seems from what I'm reading here, that everyone is different in what works for them and what bothers them. Does that seem to be the case? Amy

One reason for the variation (besides the obvious variation in individuals)
is that people experiment with different brands and different dosages.
So someone who takes a large amount of contaminated chlorella may have
a very different experience than someone who takes a small amount of
pure chlorella.

As for ALA vs. R-ALA, it would appear based on my own experiments that
ALA causes me chest pains, while R-ALA does not.

If you have actually tried chlorella, you probably wouldn't need
to ask... :-)

Put simply, chlorella makes ES symptoms worse in many people.

Although I suppose it would be good to make you temporarily
ultra-ES so you could determine instantly whether or
not a particular device or shielding was effective. :-)

Hi,

Everyone is different. I used chlorella and I liked it. Maybe, since you already bought it, you could try a very small amount first to see what happens. Then go from there with it. Just an idea.

Yes, if you've already bought it, you might as well try it. I don't
think it will cause any permanent damage.

And I have found that some of these liquid chlorella/cilantro preparations
actually reduce my ES symptoms if taking in small enough amounts. Specifically,
I'm referring to NDF.

I've read that approximately 1/3 of the population is allergic to chlorella.
For me it causes vomiting, and then swelling of the face and tongue the morning after using it. Same allergic reaction a physician friend has to it.
