Hello,
the idea, that any electrical radiation does something bad to us, is wrong.
The radiation usually carries some biological effective information, which can
be bad or good. Technical radiations usually are bad, but you can modulate
the radiation so that is has an healing effect. A whole branch of medicine
uses this already namely the scalar wave medicine.
