Maybe the judge is afraid to rule in the parent's favor against the school due to the FCC law. I might be completely wrong, but If they read the research that was presented in the testimony, they may know the truth now.
We can only hope & the scientists who get it, have to present their info. to the FCC. Does the FCC want to wipe us out? Any law that states you can't complain about health effects, knows this can get toxic.
FWIW, I read the parents are planning to appeal.
