"Hi, the Stetzer filters can help, but they need to be tested, as they are
put in. Do not just put them into your home and assume they will work for
you. The emfs need to be measured and monitored with each filter to see if it
is eliminating the problem. It helps with the dirty electricity, but if your
problem is wireless, coming from a cell phone tower or neighbors, it might
not help you."
Stetzer filters don't need testing. They have been manufactured to work
just fine.
What is being (should be) checked as Stetzer filters are installed is how
many are needed to bring the reading on the Steterizer surgemeter down to
20 on both the A and B lines of your house.
EMFs (electromagnetic fields) are not what is being affected, nor does the
surgemeter measure/monitor EMFs. What will change as the result of
filtering is the frequencies present in the electrical circuits the filters are
plugged into. ES symptoms are caused by frequencies, not fields.
If your only problem is airborne signals from communications
devices/towers, the Stetzer filters will not be useful to you. I have yet to find a
home with that situation, however.
