Hi Aline,
I started using a Stetzer meter and filters about a month ago. The
highest readings in our house were 160 and it fluctuated between 80 and
160. (the washing machine on was higher though) When we discovered our
home had high emf's we initially turned off the power and reduced the
magnetic fields, but I was not able to sleep night after night and
finally addressing the Rf issue in the electricity with the stetzer
filters did the trick. (sleeping much better now!)

If the power is on (breaker switch) then there will be an electric
field. We had nothing plugged in our bedroom and we had electric fields
and magnetic fields because the current is on in the walls. Perhaps you
have high electric fields? You may feel these on your skin.
One thing that was very helpful was to map out our electric system and
keep most of the power off. I started with the bedrooms off and liked it
so much I extended it to most of the house.
Good luck,
Sandi
