Well, if you are reacting to a cellphone or tablet after a few minutes, then yes, that sounds like ES/EHS.
Not sure why you're trying to compare this with lightning, which can kill you instantly if struck by it.
Totally different in frequencies, magnitude, and duration of exposure.
