Wearing metallic mesh makes you a great destination for ground current. It
does not matter whether the fabric is touching you or not. When I was first learning about electrical pollution and ground currents, I had a very frightening experience that involved having metallic cloth surrounding my chest area, but not touching me. My intention was to shield myself from communication frequencies from a nearby radio tower. It turned out that ground current was going up a leg, circling my chest, then going back down the other leg, as I was standing in a place with high-frequency ground current. The RF was broadcast into my chest and affected my heart and it was indeed scary. Shivani Arjuna www.LifeEnergies.com ************** Looking for a car that's sporty, fun and fits in your budget? Interesting. I think that may be possible especially when there are high
frequency ground currents, which is usually the case. If you had a conductive pad under your feet that would have solved the problem I'm pretty sure. I wish I could get to the bottom of it but nobody seems interested in helping me. I have tracked it to 2 telecom poles one near my house and one further away. Over the road it dies off between 2 houses. But the owners are not open to my concerns. Offcom will come out only if tv or radio are effected not intrested is bio effects occur !! This is almost driving me out of my home. Were are talking Dirty power/invasive broadband/sky radiation leakage across utilities. I am getting increasingly angry here. A few more belated responses to things folks have said/asked in this
conversation: Walking barefood is wonderful - UNLESS you are in an area where there is high-frequency ground current. Then it's horrid. Be aware that in the USA the electric utilities use the ground/terra firma to return agbout 80% of the current to their substations, and that that current contains lots of damaging high frequencies. Aluminum foil and other reflective shielding materials are great - UNLESS you have signal coming from multiple directions. Think of these materials as two-sided mirrors. Say you put some up on your north wall, and you have signal coming both from the north and the south. The signal from lthe north will be blocked, but that from the south will be reflected back through your living space. You must do before/after metering, or use a good detector (I offer the fine Electrosmog Detector.) to be sure that you are making things better, not worse. If you have signal from just one direction, aluminum foil is an inexpensive fix. If you happen to have a closet in that direction, you can put it inside the closet, where you won't notice it often. Otherwise, you can attach it to the wall, then hang a nice-looking Indian bedspread or something over it. Graham-Ststzer filters are designed to be plugged into electrical outlets, to "filter" the dirty electricity in your building currents. They cannot address airborne communications frequencies. However, they CAN filter such frequencies that have found their way onto your electrical circuits and are being broadcast from your wiring and things plugged into it. That exposure can be worse than that from the direct broadcast. Lessemf.com has a carbon fiber shielding material that I have not found to be reflective. There is no issue of grounding, either. You don't ground it. (Grounding conductive materials can create nice pathways for high-frequency ground currents.) I have this around my own sleeping space. The new version of it is laminated, so that you don't have to worry about the fibers poking you when you handle it.
