What country do you live in ? No matter, I suppose, - make that call to the
electricity board imediately ! This sounds extremely worrying and you should
not inhabit a dwelling with these feilds. (assuming your meter is not up the
spout). Tell them that you have got sick, you dont have to lay on the ES
bit to much, say a freind came around who is somewhat knowledgable about
Electromagnetic feilds, hence the meter and he suggestted something was wrong, tell
them about the connection with the Hum etc... be smart how you approach them.
This needs investigating, you are getting warning signs here it does not
mean that you will get chronic ES, but dont take your findings lightly or be
brushed off get it checked and rectified urgently if this is not possible then
you need to consider other options, one of which will be to find another flat.
Sod the elctrical engineers brushing you off who is he anyway !!
