thanks, rob, for sharing your information.
i too use 'full spectrum salt' - celtic salt - and to drink, i filter out all the minerals, which are MANY here - 350 ppm well water. i use a zero water filter. then i add in drops of trace minerals from the salt lake. i may still be low in magnesium because i still sometimes get cramps, so perhaps i'll up my intake. how i do that is topically... i mix nigari - mgCl - with water - equal parts - and apply that to my skin, especially cramps and the soles of my feet. some call it 'magnesium oil' and charge lots of money for it, but it's easy to make and cheap to do. we have also determined here that many of us were exposed to heavy metals at points in our lives. but the healthier we get, the less ES seems to affect us. i could post your work to my blog and refer facebook ES lists to it, if you want to get it out to more people. love, patricia On Jul 16, 2014, at 5:13 AM, Salt Water Cure [via ES] wrote:

Hi Patricia
Yes please! I tried to put it on face book myself but gave up trying to work out how to do it. And yes please, cut n paste it to your blog too if you wish. That would be great. Many thanks Rob |
here it is:
let me know if you would like any changes to be made. it's very easy to do. tomorrow, i'll announce it to all my ES friends. THANK YOU AGAIN, ROB! i personally drink 2-3 quarts of water daily and have a water-based, mostly raw vegetarian diet, but others i know still need to drink lots more water... this is very exciting. i'd forgotten about dehydration... water is SO important. love, patricia On Jul 19, 2014, at 3:54 PM, Salt Water Cure [via ES] wrote: Hi Patricia |
