Thanks Shan,
A little bit off the subject, but still philosophically related...It kills me how "the medical establishment" has taken our American rights and constitution for a ride down that blasted river and "we the people..." just keep giving the head nods while they tell us who can heal us and how, by using "only" their methods (even though, we know their methods are often questionable at best). Here's another killer...I suppose that's if you have "insurance" (the "real" devils- NOT!) I haven't had insurance for at least 26 years (the powers that be don't usually tell ME how to do my healing) and until EHS, I found the proper treatment every time with minimal influence by the medical establishment. I'd like to tell them all to take a flying leap to (you know where) on me. Now, if you want me to both qualify and quantify my statements, I would love to. Let's start with A.L.E.C., the FDA, the NIH, the CDC, the WHO, the AMA, the ADA (American Dietetic Assoc.) and so on... the bureaucracies- not including-- BIG Pharma or the crooked psychiatric establishments in bed with them trying to turn America into a nation of psychopaths (from the earliest ages). etc, etc, and so on. Feel me? Sometimes, don't you think it's easier to know absolutely nothing? Then, you can follow your MD's protocols and solutions right to your grave. None of this is directed at your communication. Blessings back at cha! I can understand your attitude. Must admit I have been wondering as the report referred to below is from 2005............ my reaction when I read that was what have they been doing for the last 7 years? blessings Shan --- In [hidden email], pamela clemonts <adiaha22@...> wrote: > > What does the ADA stand for? Is it American Disabilities Association? It makes me scratch my head every time I realize there's some political and bureaucratic "authority" telling society "who is" and "who ain't" and how to run their lives or not. Yawn. > > Sorry feeling a little bit cynical today. > > Pam > > --- On Wed, 8/1/12, Shan <surpriseshan2@...> wrote: > > From: Shan <surpriseshan2@...> > Subject: [eSens] Recognition of the Electromagnetic Sensitivity as a Disability Under the ADA > To: [hidden email] > Date: Wednesday, August 1, 2012, 12:11 AM > > > Recognition of the Electromagnetic Sensitivity as a Disability Under the ADA http://www.electrosmogprevention.org/smart-meter-resources-links/ada-accommodations-info/recognition-of-the-electromagnetic-sensitivity-as-a-disability-under-the-ada/ > > > > **The Board recognizes that multiple chemical sensitivities and electromagnetic sensitivities may be considered disabilities under the ADA if they so severely impair the neurological, respiratory or other functions of an individual that it substantially limits one or more of the individual’s major life activities.
