I have had calls from a number of people who believe that someone,
whether a neighbor or the government, is attacking them with EM energy that is
causing their symptoms.
In each case, I have shared information about how to actually meter your
environment and determine what EMF/EMR exposure you have and where it is
coming from. So far, none of these people has found anything to indicate that
someone is attacking them.
Dr. Martin Graham, co-inventor of the Graham/Stetzer meter and filters,
has received many more of these calls over the years than I have. He told
me that in most cases the person was indeed subject to some kind of damaging
EM, but in each case the cause was found to be impersonal. He has never yet
found a case where the government, or anyone, was purposefully targeting
someone.
