Well, fortunately I don't draw my conclusions from reading ingredient lists. I actually found that on the first day of using this stuff, I needed an hour less sleep per day. And also that my tolerance for computer usage shot way up. How many supplements can anyone say that sort of thing about? Marc **************Play online games for FREE at Games.com! > Marc, where do you buy this H-Minus?
I buy it online here: http://www.e3live.com/antioxidants/h_minus.html I buy the powder, since the amount I take is probably the equivalent to 1/4 capsule (and I would suggest anyone taking this for the first time also be careful to take small doses at first, in case it provokes a detox reaction). They've got a $13 trial-size version of the powder... that's what I'd try first. If it is helpful to you, you should know pretty fast. The local supplement stores in my area don't carry H-Minus, however they do carry a product which is virtually the same thing -- Hydrogen Boost by Source Naturals: http://www.getnutri.com/print32218/hydrogen-boost.html These are capsules, not powder. Alternately, some health food stores carry a product called MEGA-H by FlanTech. This is also virtually the same thing: http://www.vitacost.com/Flantech-Mega-H Again, these are capsules, not powder. I prefer the powder, which is the reason I buy "H-Minus" and not these other products. Marc |

Thank you Marc. Now my other question would be how does the powder taste?
What do you mix it with? Amy Bricks and mortar make a house, but the laughter of children makes a home. Irish Proverb In a message dated 10/26/2008 9:16:22 P.M. > What do you mix it with? The powder tastes fine to me, and as I said, I take very little of it at a time, so mixed in a large glass of water it is hardly noticeable. I believe you can mix it with most things, but I just use water. Marc |

Put simply -- it makes me feel better. I think a lot of the feeling bad from being around EMF is due (in my case) to mobilized toxins (metals mobilized by EMF?) and free radical damage (radiation?), and the H-Minus neutralizes this. And taking the powder in water, it does this rather quickly. Note that I get a similar improvement from another antioxidant called "Amrit", but it is also expensive. I've never seen such noticeable improvements from the more conventional antioxidants such a Vitamin C, A, E... Marc |
