I seem to feel much better when I am staying in old either brick or especially thick stone houses. They seem to have some sort of insulation effectfrom all of the electro-smog.

Also, when I am having an attack, I can usually make it better by holding ablack rock (90% black or more) in my hand. I can actually feel the electricity going out of my hand into the rock. If I do this every day, it seems to cut down on the frequency of attacks. Pretty amazing, yes.

I don't know much about black rocks, but black
sand is usually some kind of iron I believe.
