An Epsom salts soak (or standing on any equpotential plane, such as
aluminum foil) causes the high frequencies within the body to stop. This is
pure science.
Visualization is another story. How does this technique work for you
without the Epsom salts soak?

Shivana,

Very good observation. I have just got into the habit of opening my
chakras during epson salt baths, and never thought of doing it
without. I'll have to give it a try. It may be the key to reducing
symptoms right when I am in front of my computer.

Thanks for the good insight,

Glenn
